The fine print, made simple.

Cancellation policy

Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund, less the credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Monthly stays (28 nights or more) are non-refundable once booked.

To cancel, call or text 239-778-6213 or email info@driftersrental.co with your confirmation code. Refunds go back to the card you booked with. The credit card processing fee is non-refundable. If you need to change your dates, contact us before cancelling and we'll do our best to move your stay.

Because cancellations close to arrival can't be refunded, we recommend travel insurance, especially during hurricane season (June through November).

Payment

Your total, including fees and taxes, is shown before you book. Your card is charged according to the payment schedule in your confirmation.

Guests and occupancy

Only the guests on your reservation may stay overnight, up to the maximum shown for each home.

Pets

Pets are welcome only at homes marked pet friendly. A $150 pet fee applies per stay.

Pool heat

At homes with a heated pool, pool heat is available for $30 per day. Ask us when you book.

House rules

Each home's house rules and check-in details are sent before your stay.

Damage agreement

Every guest booking directly agrees to the following at checkout:

I accept responsibility for any damage to the home, its furnishings or equipment caused during my stay by me, my guests or my pets, beyond normal wear and tear, as well as for missing items and excessive cleaning. I authorize Drifters Vacation Rental Co. to charge the card used for this booking for the cost of repair, replacement or extra cleaning. Drifters will document any damage with photos and send me an itemized list before charging.
