Patrick Morton
Patrick founded Drifters after years of managing his own short-term rentals and seeing firsthand how often homeowners were let down by large, impersonal management companies. As a real estate investor, licensed real estate agent, and experienced Revenue Manager, he brings a unique perspective to vacation rental management, understanding properties from both an investor's and an operator's point of view.
A University of Florida graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Patrick brings an analytical, detail-oriented approach to everything he does. At Drifters, he leads pricing and revenue strategy and works closely with homeowners in Naples and Bonita Springs, helping them maximize their rental income while making sure their properties are well cared for.
Jordon Stamper
Jordon is a partner at Drifters and manages our Fort Myers and Cape Coral properties. A Purdue University graduate with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, he brings over 28 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, and teaching. Jordon has always had a passion for helping people and building meaningful relationships.
As the main point of contact for homeowners in these areas, he takes pride in making sure their properties are well cared for and their guests have a great experience. From guest communication and reviews to inspections and maintenance, he's always happy to roll up his sleeves and help wherever needed.
